The question selected was: <strong>How much confidence do you have in this person or institution in its work for the welfare of Venezuela?<\/strong> The responses were measured in six initial categories, which are: a lot of confidence, some confidence, little confidence, no confidence, don&#8217;t know and no answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">In general, 77% of the population has some degree of confidence in the Catholic Church for the welfare of the country:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"flourish-embed flourish-chart\" data-src=\"visualisation\/9122002\"><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">A cross-section of the surveyed population, in terms of the generation to which they belong, their religious creed, their socioeconomic level and their employment status, yielded the following results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"flourish-embed flourish-chart\" data-src=\"visualisation\/9122005\"><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"flourish-embed flourish-chart\" data-src=\"visualisation\/9121995\"><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"flourish-embed flourish-chart\" data-src=\"visualisation\/9122011\"><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"flourish-embed flourish-chart\" data-src=\"visualisation\/9121996\"><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Sheet<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Sampling unit<\/strong>: Natural persons, both genders, over 18 years of age, registered in the CNE Electoral Registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>No. of interviews<\/strong>: 1,009 interviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Data collection<\/strong>: November 23 to 30, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Level of accuracy<\/strong>: Sampling error estimated at \u00b12.6%, considering maximum variance and 95% confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Sampling method<\/strong>: Systematic random with probability proportional to the number of telephone lines in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Instrument<\/strong>: Telephone interview, based on structured questionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Regional quotas<\/strong>: Central Region (Miranda, Dtto. Capital, Carabobo, Aragua and La Guaira): 34%; Western Region (Zulia, Lara, T\u00e1chira, Falc\u00f3n, M\u00e9rida, Trujillo and Yaracuy): 34%; Eastern Region (Anzo\u00e1tegui, Sucre, Monagas and Nva.
