From Frequency58, a survey was conducted to survey the public tendency around equal marriage or marriage between same-sex couples in Venezuela. The question to be posed to the respondents was the following, considered as a worldwide standard by pollsters: For you, should the following situations be considered legal, legal in some circumstances, or illegal? It was measured in the following categories: legal in any circumstances, legal in some circumstances, illegal in any circumstances, don’t know and don’t answer.

24% considered that it should be legal in any circumstance, 12% legal in some circumstances, while 54% considered that it should be illegal in any circumstance.

When applying cross-sections to the participants, in terms of their religious beliefs and the generation to which they belong, the following results were obtained:
